Meet the Photographer

Capturing light, feelings, moments and all the things in between.

My name is Tyy Withrow, here's some info about me you may not know! 

Most of my subjects come from my main hobby of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 17+ years and am currently a First Degree Black Belt. You can find me at throughout the PNW and at the Major IBJJF tournaments. If I'm not doing photography, you can see me on the mats or even being a referee.

I've worked with IBJJF, Flograppling, Graciemag, and  with  other jiu jitsu companies to provide photos and videos. I love shooting seminars and promotions for gyms, being able to capture those candid moments.

My other hobbies also include watching anime, reading, and playing video games or board games. I have an abundance of board games and I will never have enough time to play. My favorite books include Name Of The Wind, Red Rising, and Sleeping Giants. I have a wonderful wife, daughter, two dogs, and two cats all of whom never want to work with me when I want to take pictures.
