FAQ

Q: Do you do Video?

A: Yes I do, in limited capacity. Depending on the tournament I can do video coverage. That being said I keep it very limited and fill up quickly!

Q: What does dedicated coverage mean?

A: Dedicated coverage gets you me taking pictures of you in action for your matches and if possible some pre/post-match photos. I do my best to give you some range in photos to select from. This is dependent on tournament set up, how the communication is between matches, and how your performance is during the match.

Q: How do I get my photos after my matches?

A: I'll put the photos up and have them in private gallery after the tournament. I'll email you a link with a password that will give you access. The gallery created will be where I put all future photos when we work together. From there, you can make a favorites list. I'll be able to then edit your favorites to make them post worthy! You can then download them or order prints directly from the gallery.

Q: How much does it cost to get dedicated coverage?

A: Dedicated coverage costs depend on the tournament, they can range from $60 up to $250. Send me a message and I'll be glad to help figure out what packages I have available at your tournament. I do my best to have a package type for everyone. If you don't see one that works for you, please message me and let's find one that will.

Q: I want to get dedicated coverage, what do you need from me?

A: By filling out the booking form on the site - it'll cover all the information I need, along with making sure I have everything to help stay organized. At minimum I'll need: • What divisions you are in • The full name used in registering • Time of your first match and which mat • Gi Color & Brand/No Gi Brand • Updates through out the day of your match schedule (best through texting or by communicating as you see me running around) I'll you my contact information so we can stay in touch and make sure you get the best coverage possible.

Q: How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

Q: What if I lose my password?

A: It's no problem! Just send me an email and I will be able to get it over to you!

Q: How many photos can I expect?

A: This is truly dependent on how the match goes, as well as your communication before the match. The better communication you have with me the more likely it is I'll be able to get photos in the warm up area, mat side, and the start of your match. After the tournament you'll be able to then choose your selection of photos based off the package you purchased.

Q: I ordered photos from a gallery and I haven't received them yet. When can I expect them to be sent?

A: Thank you for the support! I have up to a 48 hour proof on the photos. What that means is that when you order the photos I'll go through and double check the edit to ensure it's post worthy. I'll usually spend extra time to make sure the photo looks it's best before I send it over. Typically I can get to the photo edited and sent out within 4-8 hours depending on the time of order. If you need them sooner, please feel free to message me and I'll do my best to get to them ASAP. Again, thank you for the support.

Q: How can I pay?

A: I'll send you an invoice, just provide the best email for me to send it! From there you'll get options to pay via Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, or whatever works best for you.

Q: I haven't gotten my photos, what should I do?

A: I do my best to stay on top of everything, but sometimes things get away from me. Please send me a message if you haven't received your photos by the 3rd or 4th day after the tournament. Sending an email is usually best: Tyy@tyywithrow.com
